Service Desk Institute (SDI) came to The Creation Lab for multiple videos to be produced, along with a brand-new website to showcase them. The website needed to be secure and bespoke to SDI. 

Demo videos for SDI

The videos produced for SDI show different online tools and systems which companies can use. The videos were created using a large, portable screen which was then recorded from above, along with shots of people using it. Creating these videos in this unique way efficiently displays how the systems work and how easy users can find the systems. 

You can view these videos on the Service Desk Demos website, however as this is a secure site, you will need to register. 

SDI's brand-new website

We created an up-to-date website to showcase SDI's demos of the programmes they promote. They wanted a simple layout to allow their customers to browse their selection with ease as well as an aesthetically pleasing site that tied in with the companies logo and overall feel.

We worked to design a site that is smart and effective, as well as creating the videos that are featured exploring the products they are showcasing. We hope to continue working with SDI for years to come!
