Twitter, Tweeting, Twittering and Twitterer: all words that you’ll become accustomed to by the end of this short and simple post. (Don’t worry: we’ve added pictures too). The best place to start with Twitter is to know what it is. Twitter’s homepage says it best (and in more than 140 characters… you’ll get this joke later).
Twitter is an online news and social networking service where users post and interact with messages, "tweets," restricted to 140 characters. Registered users can post tweets, but those who are unregistered can only read them.
If you’re completely new to Twitter and don’t even have an account, this step is for you! However, if you’ve found this post through our Twitter then you obviously have it already so, you can move on to the next step!
